Solid Bench for the Price Great for Home Gyms!
This bench exceeded my expectations for the price. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and perfect for my home gym setup. I’ve been using it for flat, incline, and shoulder presses without any wobble. Setup was simple and took under 20 minutes. The padding is comfortable, and the bench feels stable even under heavier weights. If you’re building a home gym and want something reliable without breaking the bank, this bench is a great pick. Would give 5 stars.

Setup/teardown only take 30 seconds each
I think the most impressive thing about this bench is that it sets up quickly and folds up just as quickly. You can get it down to 20-30 seconds with a little practice. All the reviews are pretty accurate. It's a great bench that holds a lot of weight for its price. The foam is ridiculously hard, it's like working out on a park bench, but it does feel durable. Other than the foam, I don't have a single complaint about it. The seat gap that some folks mention is a non-issue for me; it actually feels comfortable to nestle down into it during exercises.

Great bench for the money
Great bench, very stable. I really like how easy it is to adjust the angle. You don't even need to stand up to adjust it, you can do it while still sitting on the bench... maybe this is why I needed to get it. The only problem with it for me is that I am 6'1" and my head doesn't fit fully on it. It also does not actually fold. It can fold up if you take it all apart but it will not fold up and be hidden away.

Recommend
Very comfortable, light but sturdy. Love the fact that it has different angles and can be fold. The size is perfect and you will be able to do multiple workouts exercises.

Great Product and Top Tier Customer Service
Bench is easy to use, easy to handle, and even easier to build. Doesn't wobble or make you worry its going to break or come undone while using it.When shipped to me two of the screws were missing but after reaching out to the company, they not only linked me to replacement screws but they refunded me the difference! This is how all companies should be ran!

Sturdier than I expected, folds up small!
I needed something that would store compactly in my RV and this was the right size. It was about twice as heavy as I expected when it arrived. This is very sturdy, assembly was easy, and the paint is resistant to scratch damage. The upholstery looks really good, but I'm concerned about the longevity. Will update if it falls apart. Heads up: the lowest the back rest will go (in the bracket) is level. You can lay it all the way down (out of the bracket) and it's about a 45-degree slope -- so, good for inverted sit-ups.

It will do, but an avid gym goer will probably be disappointed
I bought this after the gyms closed for COVID, I needed something to use at home besides the coffee table - totally not cool to sweat on the coffee table LOL. I based my purchase decision on the many high star reviews, and while I did keep it, if you are a avid gym goer that uses the weights and benches while you are there, you may be disappointed with this bench.Pros:Built very well, sturdy metal and joints - should last a long time, and I feel could probably hold quite a bit of weight.Bench material, very nice, stitched well and is pretty comfortable.Light weight and compact - probably my main reason for buying - folds and unfolds very easily.I like the curves at the area where your arms would be, it allows for extra range of motion. Both sections of the seat are adjustable to various heights.Price point very good.Cons:The pads for your legs do nothing for you, it is at such an odd angle that it is not comfortable at all. I have tried all of the holes available to put it in as well as face up vs face down. It is just not possible to lock you legs into it and do anything, which leads me to the decline position discussion;Decline is an important angle in your exercises too, it does decline but it is weird, your legs cannot physically lock into the pads, maybe it's me but I highly doubt it, average size person 5'6" - but that's not even the half of it, fine, don't use the pads, just hang your legs over the end of the bench. Both are such an awkward positions, I feel like it is really straining my lower back and making it arch off the bench - without any weights or exercise, just laying there is not comfortable - let alone trying to get back up - not happening, you need to roll off to the side to get off.Now the biggest reason for low stars - poor stability - the base is very narrow - of course a compromise for the compact/lightweight features but definitely not safe. If you sit on the "head" end of it the other end WILL come off the floor I'm only 125, so a bigger person is going to have issues. If you are lying flat on it and roll to one side too far, it will attempt to tip with you. Definitely not advisable for step-ups, it WILL tip. Putting you weight against it - say tricep dips or tricep presses, it will attempt to tip. If you have it in an incline position and you want to be on it sideways for say lateral raises - be very careful, it is unstable and tries to tip to one side or the other.Summary: I do like it but it is a little disappointing because of its stability limits. If I didn't have such a small area I would maybe mount it to some boards for a bigger stable base. It's a tough choice, do you want to give up usefulness for convenience and price? I get it, I did it, I'll keep it, but I wanted to warn everyone of the downsides.

Good quality but beware of your footing
Great Product.Seats and bench made with high quality materials.Frame and Legs are made with steel not cheap materials. The reason for the 4 Stars is not the Vendor the product arrived two sooner than expected. It's the frame near the head area. It's too short and unstable with heavy weights as you're doing inclined dumbbell press. You have to be 100% certain where your feet are with over 80-100lbs dumbbells as you sit because the back frame is the same size as the leg area causing the seat to tilt over if you do not sit down squared and flat. If you adjust ensure you have proper footing because the whole device will tilt over.Be mindful of you footing. But it's great I have it in my office to do sets in between phones calls or everything I walk into my office I push put one or two med weight chest press from different angles. The lever on the back for inclined seating does have a locking pin to ensure safety.Overall very happy with the purchase.Only tweak would be to lengthen the legs near the head area for safety during heavier weights.
