Q: How do i make this? what method do i use? do i add anything to it

Hi Lauren, If you want to make a basic curry I recommend (1tbsp (10g spice) for a serving of 300g of ingredients), start with an ingredient that can make the sauce base like a tin of tomatoes (whole or chopped), fry some onions, chopped or minced, then add your chosen meat, poultry, fish or vegetables and cook through, (the curry powder can be added to coat the meat before cooking or just added during the cooking process), add to the curry what ever takes your fancy e.g. garlic, coconut milk, sugar , butter etc, check when the curry is cooking to see if more curry powder is needed to be added, you my need to add more tomatoes, once cooked serve with rice or on a jacket potato, I hope this helps, there are many curry recipes on the internet which make it sound so difficult. Hi, the full ingredients are listed in one the images on the far left, no sugar is listed in the ingredients, the only sugar present is naturally occurring, we do list our own Curry blend that contains only spice( no added salt, sugar) on our main website. Regards Nick Lumby

Hi, Apologies for not responding sooner, no this product is blended by Taste Sensation, we use the same spice base as ES but have removed the flour and salt making this product gluten free and 100% spice. Regards Nick
