Phenomenal screwdriver. Well worth the money!
About 30 years ago, a guy I worked for gave me a Leatherman Wave for my birthday. I had no idea at the time, but he must have spent a LOT on it. It was the single best present anyone bought me for at least two decades. It helped me renovate my house build a shed, fix lawnmowers, demolish a greenhouse, fix my car, re-roof an outbuilding, build a bathroom, fit servers into racks, you name it, the leatherman could do it.And then one day, calamity, the blade broke. And then later, one of the screwdrivers snapped. After 27 years of faithful service, my poor leatherman started to fail. What was worse, it failed in my moment of need! I was rebuilding a shed, fixing strimmers and building a new bedroom for my little boy. So, I needed a new screwdriver.I'd had a drilldriver before.. one of those cheapo ones you get from B&Q. It was oookay-ish, but the battery was massive and it didn't last long, and it only had one speed: Thread-strippingly, head-smoothingly fast. So I wasn't in the mood for another electronic screwdriver, but then I saw this one.Activated by pushing into the screw gives a much more direct tactile engagement with the screw. As soon as it starts to slip, the driver slows down and stops, reducing the chance of grinding the head of the screw smooth like you do with other drilldrivers. Also, it has a torque setting.. This has come in very handy with things from Ikea which say "don't use an electronic screwdriver", but there's 8.5 million screws to put in, and I'll be long dead before I finish it if I use a manual screwdriver. The torque setting lets me make the screwdriver really wimpy, so if I push the screw too far, the driver will stop and prevent any damage. It's got a lot of nice grippy rubber area, which makes it nice and easy to hold, because it's a little unnatural to just hold it still and push, rather than push and turn. I still find myself doing the push-and-turn occasionally.Charging is pretty quick. I tend to leave it plugged in when I do other stuff, so leave it for a few hours. It's always charged to max when I get back. That is enough charge to build a bed, a wardrobe, a 6' shelving unit and a chest of drawers, and still have a little charge left. So the battery is pretty darn good in it.The little rubber thing that the other bits come in can be a little fiddly to push out the bit you need, but you get the hang of using the bit in the driver to push the new bit out, and swap them. So it's not a major issue.I'm really pleased with this driver. I'm glad I spent more and went with a proper name, rather than a cheaper offering. Great driver with great performance. Love it!

What's not to like? Highly recommended.
I bought this 4 years ago and it's seen a lot of use. Still going strong. This is a powerful driver - maybe not as powerful as a drill with driver function, but not far short. Obviously can't compare with an Impact Drill, but then nothing can. This is the kind of usefuland handy tool that is easy to grab hold of when something needs doing. I can also say that a full charge will deliver a good amount of use and also that it holds its charge well when not being used. The 'Push Drive' aspect takes a bit of getting used to at first: there is nothing to press to start the driver. It reacts to pressure applied to the screw and off it goes. As I say, this can take quite some getting used to but after a while you might find that this is easier than having to keep pressing some button to keep it going. It starts with quite a kick so two hands are recommended. It exerts a surprising level of torque. After this extended period of use I can say with some confidence that this is a reliable, handy and powerful tool. It comes with a small selection of common sized driver bits. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

great screwdriver.
I bought this for a specific purpose, namely taking the case off a microwave oven to replace the door. it is brilliant for fiddly things, though it can be a bit on the large side. reason for four stars was the tork ajuster, a bit fiddly to ajust that, and I would have thought a click system would be more reassuring to the user, you have to look at the numbers to get it right, and for such a premium product, I think this is a bit of an oversight. a tactile click when you've reached a number on the dial would be reassuring, don't want to overstress screws, or overdrive with too much force. this has been used on wood when putting a gate up, and when putting a metal case back together and also disassembling it.

Made a tedious task easy.
The media could not be loaded. I was putting a bed together for my son. When it came to screwing the 30 screws into the frame for the slats, I did about four and could imagine my hands getting blisters if I did them all. I brought this Bosch push and go screwdriver and once it arrived I finished the 26 screws in the time it took me to do four. It comes in a tidy box with plenty of bits and a bit holder. There’s a red dial at the top which helps control the torque. So once I knew a three would get the screw all the way down without splitting the wood I kept it on that for the rest of the screws. I found the push and go easy. As long as you grip the screwdriver firmly and the bit is well in the screw head it won’t spin. I did a video but it doesn’t do the screwdriver justice as I was filming with one hand so it doesn’t appear as easy as it could. I’d prefer this over my drill as it’s easier to use in smaller spaces and it’s way better then using a manual screwdriver

Really useful power screwdriver
Needed to manufacture hundreds of small electrical components which meant using a screwdriver to fit the thousands of M4 and M5 screws. Tried a portable drill, but it was too powerful and a small Bosch portable screwdriver was too slow so gave this new screwdriver a go. The Bosch Push-Drive screwdriver is perfect and has saved me hours of work and wrist pain and is still in daily use. The speed is good and you have to be careful to grip the work firmly and be ready to stop when the screw is nearly home or you get rapped knuckles! The driver has a torque adjustment, but I leave it on minimum and it's enough. The battery life is good and recharging give you time to get up and walk around. The push drive takes time to get used to as it's quite sensitive and you have to be sure the bit is properly engaged with the screw slot before you start pushing to start the rotation. All in all one of the best tools I've ever bought.

Very happy
I bought it for small works like household furniture assembling and dismantling. I’m very happy with the quality. Worth checking reviews from the regular users. I don’t heavily use it regularly but for my small works it’s worth the money
