I just purchased the Micro ingredients Oil of Oregano w/6000mg and 200gm of Black seed. Will give a review on how well it works. What I can say it's enough to last a while. I started taking two supplements a day. It has helped me feel better quicker. Great supplement. I took it for two weeks. Taking a two week break, then g going to start again. Drink lots of water after you take it, otherwise you'll burp the flavor back in your mouth lol.
