El cojín absorbe mucha tinta, pero supongo que es parte de trabajar con un medio que mancha tanto, el agarre y el material son muy buenos y me gustó bastante la tapa protectora qué cubre las puntillas. Le doy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my first dip pen and I was a bit unsure about getting this one because I wasn't sure if I'd like the squishy foam part (I'm not a fan of those on pencils), BUT that's not really what it feels like at all. It's a thin layer over the wood, so it's not squishy, but provides a slightly softer, more comfortable place to hold than if it was just the wood. This nib holder also takes both sizes of nibs. I only have one kind so far - the Zebra G nib - but it holds it really well, while also making it super easy to take the nib out. I like that it comes with a cap, too, and the cap actually posts (chunks onto the back end), which I wasn't expecting! I don't know what else I could ask for with this, plus the price is low enough that I don't feel bad getting ink on it. Love it and highly recommend it, especially if you're just starting out with these, like me!

I use it with Braise nibs and they hold very well. I love the way it sits in my hand and the rubber feels good, however it is already coming off in places after one month of (admittedly frequent) use. I mostly use it with masking fluid.

Nice design with a comfortable grip. Works as advertised. I like the fact that it comes with a cap.

This model is still my favorite nib holder in my collection. I've had this same model for about 2 years of extensive use and the only reason I'm grabbing a second is some grip issue after so much use on the first. Long story short, I've noticed western manufactured nibs tend to need some force when getting into place on this holder. After too many of these speedball/brause nibs being cycled out, it just became easier for my Japanese manufactured nibs to fall out. If you want to extend the life of this holder, I strongly suggest using eastern nibs here, and using western nibs in a different holder. As another cautionary warning, don't leave nibs in the holder when not in use. Excess ink, water, (even small amounts) will sit in the holder next to the metal nib leading to rust. It's gotta go somewhere, so left sitting alone long enough the chemical reaction can expand the walls of the nib holder making things looser. Always remove your nibs and dry your equipment thoroughly.:)

A nice quality nib holder that will work with any of the comic-type nibs (Nikko), including the G-pen sized nibs as well as the smaller, round Maru mapping nib.The inside portion is a hard plastic that the nibs fit securely in without any wobble. The cap is enough of a reason to buy this nib holder; I don't know why more companies don't include caps, but it makes the pens easy to transport and much safer to store...protecting both the nib and your hand or fingers.If you're planning on using your pen on location somewhere to write or sketch, this is the one you want to get.

Got it for a kikimori nib, fits great. The grip on the handle is real nice too. Great buy.
