Best toothpaste I’ve ever tried.
This is the best toothpaste I have ever tried by far. Not only do my teeth feel cleaner than ever, but my mouth is so much less dry. Not only is it moist right after brushing, but it stays that way throughout the day. A huge reason behind this is that this toothpaste is free of SLS - a compound that irritates and dries the mouth.

Mild and Gentle Toothpaste – Good for Sensitive Mouths, But Takes Getting Used To
I decided to try Biotène Fluoride Toothpaste because I was looking for something gentle and alcohol-free, and this one seemed like a good option. The mint flavour is very mild – not overpowering at all – which makes it quite pleasant, especially for those who are sensitive to strong flavours. It’s also sugar-free and doesn't leave any burning sensation, which is great if you have a dry or sensitive mouth. While I can’t say for certain whether it helped my dry mouth, it definitely didn’t make it worse, which is a positive in my book. One of the things I appreciate is that it contains fluoride, which helps protect against tooth decay. The fluoride in this toothpaste is on the mild side, so it feels quite gentle on the teeth and gums. It also claims to help remove plaque, which is reassuring. However, my one main drawback is that my mouth doesn’t always feel completely clean after brushing. It’s not a strong or foamy toothpaste, so if you're used to that "super fresh" feeling, it might take a bit of adjusting. Personally, I prefer a toothpaste with a bit more fluoride and a stronger clean feeling, but for anyone with dry mouth or sensitivity, this is still a very good option and good value for money.

Brilliant
Have been diagnosed with with autoimmune disease, lichen planus , have it in mouth also, all other toothpastes , leading brand, burnt my mouth so much, hated brushing my teeth, bought this to try, absolutely wonderful, so impressed I have bought more, also gave a tube to my aunty, who suffers with a sore dry mouth, because of chemotherapy, she also is impressed with it, so have bought more for her too. Would recommend for anyone to try, don’t think you’d be disappointed

Not so good
I bought this as it was much cheaper than the other toothpaste I had been using for my dry mouth. It did the trick for dryness but it didn’t seem to keep my gums or my teeth in good condition, so I reverted to my usual toothpaste. It just didn’t work well for me.

OK to use for short while.
Yes it's OK think it helped with dry mouth but if you have sensitive teeth and normally use sensitive toothpaste you can't use it for long.

Great Product
The product arrived quite quickly, which I was happy with. I take AEDs (Anti-Epileptic-Drugs) and suffer from dry mouth which, in turn, has caused gum disease regardless of brushing etc. I was put on a new AED and it caused severe dry mouth. I woke up and my top teeth had a coating of dry blood! It was so bad, I simply had to sneeze and my gums started bleeding! I informed my neurologist and dentist and they recommended this product. The SLS or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in many toothpastes can make this issue worse due to sodium causing dry mouth in itself. This product doesn't contain it and I think you can tell because it has a slightly different colour from the other toothpastes but it is still white. After one use, I felt the difference at once, my mouth didn't feel dry or have a slimey feeling. I know a dentist, she's been a friend since we were both 12! She told me to NEVER rinse my mouth with water after brushing, just spit out the remaining toothpaste and wait 12-15 minutes before using Biotene mouthwash.I do taekwondo and usually my breath smells afterward and my partner has noticed it has gotten far worse since starting this new AED. But after 2 uses of Biotene, my partner told me my breath wasn't bad after training! Give it a go, you'll notice a difference even after one use.
