Mockins Ramp
The Mockins ramp was very strong and sturdy, it however was not long enough to reach the ground for my SUV. Ingred from Mockins customer service was very polite and professional. Ingred was knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend Mockins.

Solid choice
This extra-large folding hitch cargo carrier is a solid option for hauling mobility scooters, equipment, and other heavy loads. At 60” x 30” x 5” with a 500 lb capacity, it provides plenty of space and durability. The steel construction feels sturdy, and the folding ramp makes loading and unloading easy. When not in use, it folds up neatly to allow access to the tailgate.Assembly took around 30-40 minutes with basic tools, and while everything fit together well, a second person would have made the process easier due to the weight. Once mounted, it sat securely on my hitch, though I did notice some rattle when driving on rough roads. Extra straps helped minimize movement. While the overall design is good, some areas could be improved. The spring locks securing the ramp feel a bit weak, so I’ll be reinforcing them with additional clevis pins and bungee cords. The bolts for the hitch attachment could be longer for a more secure fit. The mesh on the ramp is lightweight and could use more reinforcement, especially for transporting heavier equipment.Despite these minor drawbacks, the cargo carrier does its job well. It’s especially useful for transporting a mobility scooter without the hassle of a trailer. With a few minor modifications, it should last a long time. If you need a reliable, spacious hitch carrier with a built-in ramp, this is a solid choice.

Excellent cargo carrier
This is perfect for my wife's Lectric Trike. It is one of the largest I could find with a ramp. Plus some of the reviews I read stated support for this is fantastic. A spring lock broke when I tightened it. Sent support an email and they are sending me 4 new spring locks. Great support with no hassle and response the same day. This fits great on my 5th wheel camper! The only gotcha with the 5th wheel you might have to unload before leveling and load it last just before pulling out. For example my driveway drops about 7 inches from the from front of the camper to the back. When the camper is level the back is too high for the ramp to touch the ground. The ramp contacts the ground when not level in my driveway. Still a very good cargo carrier.

Great mobility chair carrier
Very comfortable with materials used in manufacturing of carrier. Heavy but not unmanageable for a person with mobility issues. Most exciting is the 4” curb on the carrier it provides guidance control as my 382# chair is hand driven on. Ramp is good and sturdy! However, mobility chair must be backed on because FWD and small stability tip wheels on front. It took me a while to find what I wanted, but this is it for me.

Unit is heavy to lift
I’m going to say this carrier is OK, but with caveats. It took several hours to assemble and some minor parts were missing or broken. I set the carrier up on saw horses to make it easier to work on. The ramp came attached to the basket (the platform section) even though the instructions show the basket without the ramp. The two short side bolts that attach the ramp to the basket were both loose and one was bent, but serviceable. When I got to the spring lock installation step, I found two of the four spring locks were broken and not useable. My first caveat here is that I am replacing the spring locks with clevis pins that will be much sturdier. I have a real fear that the spring locks won’t hold the ramp upright if a rough road condition is encountered. I would also recommend using bungees for extra insurance to keep the ramp secure. The ramp is held down flat with spring locks when not carrying a load in the basket. I think this feature is an engineering problem. With the lock pins engaged it is impossible to disengage both and lift the ramp up from the basket because of its width. I’ll use clevis pins here also because they can be easily removed. Third caveat—one of the bolts that hold the “short arm” to the frame slide through a hole that is about 1 1/2” square. In other words, there is no apparent support for the bolt. I’ll keep an eye on this situation and possibly drill a new hole to make sure that the bolt is secure. My last minor problem was that the bolts were missing seven washers.I called Customer Service and they said that they will replace the missing and broken parts. The rep was helpful and courteous.I expect to get reasonable service from the carrier. I’m using it on the back of my diesel truck.

Very disappointed
Got the unit with absolutely no hardware. Nothing. Did not have the tube to attach to the trailer hitch, no nuts and bolts, no lock, nothing. Contacted the manufacturer, they sent me out a whole new unit. This one had the tube to attach to the hitch but no other hardware. Nothing. You would think after the first one was incomplete they would check the second one. They offered to reimburse for me to buy at hardware store, but really way too much hassle. Exteremely disappointed and would not recommend

Customer service
The parts package was open and missing a part but customer service was outstanding. I consider customer service an indicator of the quality of a company overall. The assembly was straight forward and took a total of about two hours. I don't consider myself handy so I was happy with that amount of time. We purchased this to carry my wife's E trike and it fits perfectly. We are elderly and I don't think she could lift the trike up to the carriers with the slots for the wheels. With this one, she can push the bike up the ramp rear wheels first and the tires are snug front and back.
