too early to review long term effects, but so far i am OBSESSED. for the last 5+ years, i have consistently used LM*T electrolytes, but with the recent maltodextrin/hidden ingredient controversy i went looking for something else - was happy to find this product sweetened with monk fruit and solid ingredient quality. i got watermelon and the flavor is AMAZING. definitely less salty than LMNT (which i personally like) and zero artificial aftertaste. my only cons - shipping took a little white, and it is not eligible for subscribe and save. regardless, i already ordered another flavor and will continue to repurchase!

This was our third order of these fantastic electrolyte packets. We tried orange and we tried lemon lime, and we loved both, but watermelon is now truly #1! Delicious. Not overpowering. Subtle and delicious.After 8 weeks of consistently adding Instant Hydration to my daily water, I am feeling the difference these are making in my body. More energy, quicker recovery after exercise, better sleep, fewer headaches.

Loved this product and ordered a second box. This tastes like a refreshing summer drink. The Watermelon flavor is great tasting too. It is filled with electrolytes and salt, nothing artificial and no added sugars which is key. I will say it is much saltier than other hydration drinks I have used, but I liked that aspect of it. It isn't overpowering. It is a bit pricey compared to those in the grocery or even online, but the health benefits seem to outweigh many others. There are 30 in a box and come in easy packs you can add directly to a 16oz water bottle or a cup of your choice. Easy to travel with for vacation or take for recovery after a workout.

LOVE. The watermelon flavor is great not too sweet. I find this provides the benefit of the salt but it’s not overly salty in taste. It keeps me hydrated all day and helps with brain fog and energy. Would recommend. It’s pricey but worth it.

Not a big fan of the watermelon flavor and for the price I think I’ll stick to LMNT. I get that this is a cleaner product and has higher/better salt content and minerals but the taste is just not as good as LMNT and somehow tastes less salty than LMNT. It was fun to try but since I’m not a fan of the first flavor I tried I don’t think I want to spent another $55 trying another.

Hydrates just fine, but tastes nothing like orange.

Added to my morning routine and have never felt better. Love the taste and felt extra hydrated after drinking. Highly recommend. Will definitely be buying again!!
