The product is really good for the price !Easy to assemble and sturdy + lightweight.The adjustable headrest and lumbar support adds to comfort.It would have been great to have adjustable (front and back) hand rest, but is not an issue.Recommended for anyone looking for a chair in this price range

Could have been upgraded with metal base.
Product has good fabrics and comes with hand vertical adjustments. The drawbacks are it has plastic base and does not have seat tilt option, only comes with hydraulic lift. Overall the seat are not wide enough to sit with leg crossed if you are big person other than this seats and back rests are confirmable.

Bad bad bad purchase
The chair is always tilted the chair leg is turned around and very uncomfortable and unsafe to sit. The seller refused a refund or a replacement. Bad product bad quality of build I will not recommend this
