Nice product
It took me a second try to get item to work as I went back to the video on line to see what I did wrong. I just plugged it in and did not run the software so it did not work. After installing driver it worked great. Nice price and nice product.

No more hunting for drivers as they are ON THE WIFI ADAPTER.
This is the only way that Wi-Fi adapters should be made. This adapter includes the installer on the drive itself, so just plug in the drive, go to the USB part of the drive itself, install the software installer, then you can connect to the internet.I have lots of usb wifi adapters, and it's always a pain to lookup the drivers, download them on a different working pc, then put them on a usb stick, then get them to the computer without internet, then install the software. THIS DRIVE SOLVES BOTH ISSUES very quickly.

Does not work on Linux based OS's not in kernel based drivers
Does not work for Ubuntu or Linux OS machines. After much trouble shooting & reading online help forums this wifi chipset does not work with Ubuntu. It's only detected as a read only USB thumb drive with a windows setup exe file. Apparently you need to run this windows OS only setup exe file to install drivers and when it runs it changes the USB device to an actual network adapter. So if your looking for a wifi 6 adapter for your Linux based machine this is not it. You need a wifi adapter with a in kernel drivers.

This adapter was a major disappointment for me
I just recently installed a TP-Link Wifi 6 access point. I was getting roughly 400 Mbps download using the built-in Wifi in my Dell Inspirion 802.11ac adapter.I installed the UGreen adapter into a USB 3 port in the laptop. The installation was really smooth (thus why it got 3 stars and not 2). I had disabled the on-board adapter to make sure there was no conflict. When I ran the same speed test, I was only getting just over 200 Mbps. I reran the test several times. I was up super early in the morning, making sure I was the only one in the house using the network. When I removed the UGreen adapter and re-enabled the on-board adapter, I was back up to the 400-ish Mbps from before.I had expected to have around 600 Mbps on the UGreen adapter (half again more). I got half the performance of the on-board adapter.I think for people with laptops where the onboard Wi-Fi has died, this could be a really good option. It is inexpensive, and it installed really easily. However, I absolutely got the exact opposite of my expectations for speed.

Not bad
It's a pretty good budget dongle. Doesn't seem like real wifi 6 speeds but I get over 200mbps on a network that's about 550mbps. Can't really complain too much because it was cheap and it works fine.

Works as advertised
Worked perfectly in my son’s laptop that had the internal WIFI card go bad.
