I have recently bought this robot and it's working perfectly and I am fully satisfied with the product design and it's functionality and the edge cleaning and mopping feature is great and the support from the team is awesome.The Deebot N30 is very properly designed and compact for usage and solid floor cleaner option is given. Scheduling feature is great. Station is also self cleaned and everything is automatically done. It saves lot of effort for my 3 bed room house.It is easily controlled by the app and water flow adjustment for mopping is great.Fully in love with this. It saved my Mom's effort 😊

Its been 10 days, am using this and its absolutely good to use. Intially i had some doubts and difficulties , but Mr.Kooteeswaran from demo team explained clearly about the usage of app and robotic vaccum cleaner,and again after 5 days of installation got some doubts and called customer care . They sent the same demo person again. He was very polite and clearly explained and cleared all doubts and ensured the support will be available free of cost for 1year . Good vacuum cleaner. Impressive suction power. Mopping is ok, it couldn't remove tough and sticky stains. Corner cleaning is also not that impressive, But its manageable. It maps the entire house seamlessly and avoids obstacles automatically. 10 Mop lifting isn't enough. I used to remove floor mats during cleaning. App is simple to use. After mapping it automatically separates room, so individual room cleaning is eazy. But to clean certain portion of a room is not possible. So better to divide big rooms into small portions. For a 1000 sq feet it consumes around 3 liters of water. The product is sturdy. For the past 3 months using it almost everyday. Good product.

The media could not be loaded. We recently got the Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni, and it's been 4 days of smooth, hassle-free cleaning. The demo by Umesh Kadam was clear and helpful — made setup super easy. So far, it’s been working well and feels like a smart investment, especially if you care about comfort for your loved ones.

For the most part the Product has been working very well. Weekly simple maintenance and daily water refill itself is keeping it running very well. And it is very easy to access aswell. Mopping and Vaccuming is executed well and the self cleaning features are all really handy and useful. The App is also very intuitive to use. Really happy with the product 👍🏽

Buying this was one of the best decisions. Mopping and vacuum are done pretty well. I have mapped 2 floors, and it can map both floors. Robot charge lasts for 2-2.5hrs sufficient to vacuum and mop around 2500 sqft area in a single go. Hairs go mostly tangle free into the dustbag, only a maintenance check every 2 weeks would be great.App is also very easy to use unlike other brands.

This bot's AI mode is a game-changer - no manual setup needed. One of its standout features is the ability to store up to 3 maps, making it easy to navigate and clean multiple areas. While its edge cleaning isn't quite on par with a thorough hand-mop (about 85% effective), its dust pickup is truly impressive. To get a spotless clean similar to handheld cleaning, I found it helpful to run the vac and mop functions twice in AI mode. Current consumption is reasonably low according to the specs, which is a plus. Overall, I'd say it's a solid performer that's both intelligent and efficient.
