I’ve had 2 of these for about 1.5 months.I did exactly as directed (and as numerous outside sources say to do for batteries in devices) and ran it down to 0% first…. NOT charge it at all, but run it down to zero and THEN charge it to 100%. (Sorry… several bad reviews that complained of charging issues clearly did not do this in the order instructed. There’s a real reason for it as explained on many tech sites).Anyway - LOVE THIS CHARGER.I have an iPhone 15 and it’s full of dumb apps and I’m sure I’m steadily strangling the life out of the battery with every tap. It’s a bit less than a year old.I plugged my phone into this charger when it was down to 2%. Well within 30 min my phone was around 80%…AND I was using it while it charged! On average it uses about 1/3 of the of this battery (so bring it down to approximately 65% from 100%) per charge & charging session is usually below from 10% - dead charged up to 75-100%. All in about 20-30 min of charging time. I can get about 3 full charges out of it.We bought 2 at the same time and both act the same with charging times, percentages, etc. Neither one has gotten hot during use… my phone does when charging BUT that happens on any charging cord so it’s my phones issue.Charging up this charger is super easy but it does take time. That part is NOT fast but for me, that’s not necessary. It’s part of our routine to plug everything in at night and so by morning this thing is 100%. Now funny enough… just the other day, I noticed it seemed to be charging up faster than when I first got it. Not sure that’s a good thing - could mean that if the battery health is low it just reaches “100%” faster bc it not really 100%? But I don’t have any evidence of that bc it still uses only 1/3 of the pwr supply for a full phone charge.I’ve used all of the female ports to charge it and they work fine. I’ve also used the attached male USB A and charges fine as well. I see no difference in speed. The size of this is ideal. I can hold it with my phone comfortably or in my pocket. I actually wish there was some sort of way to strap it to my phone to avoid yanking on the cord/ports.I loved it so much I bought one for my daughter for her trip.Now some ppl said it died or they had issues after 1, 2, 3 months. IF this thing takes a crap before the year is up, I will edit my review.

What an amazing power bank for users with multiple and/or different devices. With 4 different adapter cables, 1. USB-A, 2. USB-C, 3. IOS lightning, 4. USB-Micro, that snuggle in nicely on the underside, extremely convenient to not have to carry around multiple charging cables. The cables are only about 4", long enough to plug your phone into it and stuff them both in your pocket. It has a clear battery display to let you know how much charge remains. First use was charging my daughters iPhone, her battery was low (43%) and within a few minutes it was up to 70%, and the charger only went down from 68% to 64%. It charged the iPhone quite fast actually. It will definetely be quite handy on our upcoming Carribbean vacation.

This charger arrived with a 48% charge displayed. I charged it as directed. The charger took about 3 hours to reach 100%. I then used it to charge my iPhone completely and to charge my iPad to 67% from about10%. I feel confident that I’ll have power for both devices if I need it while on my trip. The size is small enough to carry in my purse and there are multiple ways to charge devices, as well as to charge the charger itself. The charger has a clearly visible lED indicator of the charge available.

Now that I’m back home, I plan to store it at around 50–60% charge to help preserve battery health. I’ll bring it back up to 100% before my next international or even full-day domestic trip. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable power on the go.

I write this review with full honesty as I have purchased three of these chargers to ensure I am never without one. When they work, they are absolutely amazing. Best portable charger I have ever owned. But they are extremely sensitive. While watering plants, one got a couple of sprinkles of water on it and stopped working immediately. Another one is now not staying on to charge when my phone is plugged in. It will start charging, and a few minutes later it will shut off (after I charge the unit overnight).It is the end of June and I purchased them in March so not that long of a lifespan. But like I said, I depend heavily on these chargers when they’re working and they get the job done when they’re new.
