Batman game is not included, however it’s mentioned in the description it’s included. I had to call Amazon and thanks to customer service the issue was resolved. The device itself is working well

I ordered a Meta Quest 3 expecting a new, functional product, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The unit came in terrible condition: the packaging was clearly opened and poorly resealed, accessories like wires and cards were either missing or tossed in carelessly, and worst of all, the headset itself doesn’t even work.It’s clear this was a used item passed off as new. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for the price. I strongly advise others to be cautious when buying from this seller. I’m currently seeking a return or full refund, and I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of disappointment.
