Tastes great and helps you go
Ultima makes an excellent product. If you associate Stevia with a bad aftertaste, Ultima has a pleasant surprise for you: no gross Stevia aftertaste!!! Gut Health actually works. If I drink two of these a day, I do notice a positive result the next day.

Best electrolytes
Love this brand! I have tried the regular ones and decided to try the gut health one. It tastes good and dissolves easy. I do feel like it helps my gut issues.

Great but a bit overpriced
I began using Ultima electrolytes when I started the carnivore diet back in November 2024. The flavors are great and sugar-free, which is a bonus for weight loss. With this particular pack, I love the flavor as it tastes like a juice. I use this as a "preworkout" and mix it with my creatine. You also get the pre and probiotics which help with gut health (not sure how much of it actually gets absorbed). I like these because they are easy to use and it's a single packet that I can just grab and go. Now for the price, their regular electrolytes are 20 packets for about 20 dollars and sometimes they are on sale but this one is 14 for 20 making it more expensive. I have not seen a change with the pre and probiotics personally so I might just switch to the regular electrolytes. I like that they don't have too many ingredients and keep me hydrated through my workouts. I recommend trying their other electrolyte selection as they were Effective in keeping me hydrated during carnivore which causes a lot of cramps. I would take 2 daily. Quick delivery was the best part.

Very tasting & allows me to get 1/2 my body weight in water daily helping me lose my weight!Yah!!!I was ordering Sparks from another company who discontinued my 4 favorite flavors; found this on my plight to find a flavor that taste good, dissolves easily & can carry additional packets in my purse. Keeps me greatly hydrated
