Works but heat is concerning
Has worked great so far but I worry about longevity. When I use this on my laptop, it gets very warm, on the verge of being hot. I suspect the internals will see a reduced lifespan due to the heat.

OMG Why have I been buying name brand?
I thought I was being smart using Sandisc all these years and settling for sometimes 80 MB/s write speeds if I'm lucky (often 10 MB/s). This drive is humming along at 360! Score!

Doesn’t work with iphone15Pro
I need this to free up space from photos and videos on my phone. The description said would work with USB C port devices. It doesn’t work with my iphone 15pro and there is no app or instructions on how to make it work. My fault for not reading the description more carefully because generally with an iphone you need an App to download to move photos, but still the info didn’t specify that it doesn’t work with newer iphones with USB-C ports. Also I had it plugged in for less than 3 minutes, just long enough to realize it wasn’t going to work and it was already very hot. It’s going back.

Handy USB connection options
The Netac 128GB drive is a nice quick way to back up files from my camera. It is handy to have both the USB C and the normal USB connection to the camera and other computers to quickly transfer the data from on location to another. It took a bit of time, but I had over 25 GB of data to handle the first time, and the transfer worked well. Future transfers may not need to transfer that much information at a time and will be much faster.

Great Flash Drive
My phone keeps telling me I don't have enough storage and I'm sure it's due to the hundreds of pictures and videos I have of our new grandson. This flash drive is just what I needed and should store quite a bit with 128 gb.I like that it is USB or type c. The build quality is awesome, metal and not plastic and has a good weight that feels like quality. It functions as expected and I've had no issues. I think it's a nice little flash drive, a good value and I highly recommend it.

Fast inexpensive external storage
This is not my first product from Netac and I am continually impressed by the performance and quality, especially for the price. The company has come a long way since I checked out one of their 2.5'' ssd drives. Now, with this portable drive I am pleasantly surprised by the performance and quality, especially for the price. This 256 GB external drive has surprised me on several different levels, but most of all with its speed for the capacity of the drive, there are other positives and I will try to list them all below, but before that a few words about the packaging and presentation. The thumb drive comes in a very stylish little retail box, with the company name and the list of specifications of the drive, so before even opening it, you will know what you are getting. Inside the box there is the drive nested inside a protective foam shell and a small warranty card, that is it.Positives:- Surprisingly fast speed for the size and capacity - if you look at the test for the speed of the drive you will see 430Gb read and 430Gb write speeds on this small capacity drive, and those speeds are very good considering all the factors, I was surprised, in addition, those speeds a bit lower than what the company was promising, but I am still impressed by them considering the super small size.- Inexpensive - Around $33 for the 256GB USB 3.2 Gen 2 drive, this model is priced very reasonably and the quality is there to back it up.- Extremely portable, yet made of high quality metal, it can fit in any pocket and can be used with laptops, desktops, tablets and even cell phones as well, since the drive is featuring both USB-A and USB-C connections.- Easy to use - I am using this drive as a primary data transfer drive, when I need to quickly carry large files between different devices, and with the fast speeds, it can be done in minutes.- Great looking and lite, no flashy labels or RGB, good to be used for any computer - The metal body is great for heat dissipation, due to the high speeds and data transfer, the drive heats up, but the metal does a great job to absorb and dissipate. The drive feels solid and very high quality.Negatives:- No cap included on either of the ends - The way the drive is constructed to swing around the base depending on which connection you are currently using, one is remaining protected, but the other one is always exposed, so for example if you are using it constantly and you are carrying it in your pocket, there could be some dirt and other small particles that could end up inside the USB.- Not as fast as advertised, I was expecting speeds close to the 550GB advertised, but I could never reach those, regardless the drive is still plenty fast.Overall, this is a great small and fast thumb drive by Netac, I really like it and I am still impressed by its quality.

Great dual connector SSD
Netac has seemed to be the OEM solution for a number of items I've gotten recently so when I saw this show up as option I nabbed it. I'm seeing better transfers (R/W) than most other flash drives I use but nothing quite close to some of the nvme/uasp enclosures I've used so I'm not *quite* sure what their doing for the storage controller/media setup though I'd be interested to know.Overall this has been a welcome edition to my portable storage.
