Sauder is around since the 1970 (probably longer) and they produce "You assemble" furniture. The cabinet is shipped in pieces and takes about 30-45 min to assemble. Once it is installed it looks like it is much more expensive cabinet.I believe it is made from particleboard (many cabinets, except expensive custom ones, are made from that.It seems sturdy and holds a lot. Instructions are well labeled and easy to follow.

I grabbed this because I needed upper storage in my craft room. Holds my puzzles and all the different cardstock paper that I had laying around. Very easy to build and install. Doesn't feel cheap and looks so good in my room. Handles are sturdy. It matches my furniture and looks treat. Deep enough to store all sorts of larger items. Definitely needs to be anchored and studded to the wall due to weight.

I have owned a number of Sauder accents pieces over the years, so I was happy to find this cabinet when I needed more storage in my workroom because I already knew what to expect from a Sauder product. This piece does not disappoint. Although it is made or hard-pressed particle board and not wood, it hard to tell the difference except upon close inspection. The cabinet is a nice size and provides plenty of storage for small and medium-sized items that had been laying around unorganized in my work area. Like other Sauder items I've own, it is easy to assemble and the parts fit together nicely. For now I have the cabinet sitting on a desktop, but I don't anticipate any problems when I'm ready to hang it on the wall once I get more organized. This is an easy-to-assemble, solid, good-looking cabinet at a fair price.

This is a nice cabinet if you are in the market for a cabinet made from manufactured wood (particle board). Even though it is not real wood, you wouldn't be able ton tell without looking very closely. It is a very high quality piece of furniture. It is also very heavy, which adds to the impression of quality upon first glance.This cabinet comes with pretty thorough and well written instructions. It also comes with everything needed for assembly, besides tools. I was able to assemble it in less than 30 minutes, which i would say is pretty good. The doors, which I was worrier would be difficult to install, went on very easily and the alignment was perfectly straight.This is a bit more money than I would like to spend, but upon looking at comparable products, it seems to be very competitively priced. For what you get - a beautiful and very functional cabinet in just about any room of the house- I would say this is worth it. Its the perfect size for a variety of situations (I put it in my bathroom) and it feels very safe and stable on the wall. Id recommend this to anyone needing more storage space or an upgrade of their storage space,.
