Dr Amy Myers knows her stuff when it comes to Thyroid problems and has written books and lastly this very helpful cook book with some interesting recipes. They are more varied than her initial cones from her first book as she has researched into more interesting flours. Excellent stuff

As someone who lives with Rheumatoid Arthritis (in the UK) I had high hopes of this book to address my condition.However as the book is aimed at the US market with many items not available in the UK I found it of limited use.
