I trust the people who are helping me walk when I'm wearing it!
This belt is the greatest thing since sliced bread! I know... Cheesy.. It's been wonderful knowing that I'm not likely to fall when I'm wearing it. The handles are in different directions for easier grabbing when my physical therapist is working on my walking. I feel very safe with it.Personally, I think every PT office should be using this belt with their patients. It beats that little belt they have in hospitals!

One Size Fits Most, Does Not Fit All
This works well as a gait belt. I like that it comes with so many handles. However the quick-release buckle means that it won't hold heavier people. What is the use of having it go to 50" if you can not hold the weight that goes with it. For small to average people this will be a wonderful belt to use.

Highly Recommended for Home Care

One of the few that fits smaller sizes
This is a good gait belt and unlike most of the other ones available it fits smaller waist sizes as well as larger ones. This is especially good for smaller women and men. There are a lot of handles, and I wish they were a little more robust. The material is sturdy double sewn, and very colorful, which brightens up your day. We actually use this to help spot one another during box jumps, and it works out very well. If you are using it for gait training, it is very easy to hold onto and easy to grab quickly. It is $17, and that’s a fair price.
