A defective product was delivered to us . There is water leakage from two minute holes in the base of the steamer . Hence the product is faulty and of no use . I hope Nutripro will take note and replace . My fault is that we did not open the package for the first 15 days , so return window is over . Very disappointing experience with the nutripro product . Avoid purchasing . They must be having very weak quality control
