This has helped me get the calcium I needed to reduce to impact of osteopenia as i don't drink enough milk.It can be added to many things including cold drinks hot drinks many different foods as well making it easy to incorporate into your daily diet.It tastes of nothing which also helps getting it in your foods or drinks but it can have a chalky consistency so I add to to warm water then add it to my food.I probably would buy this again without hesitation as its good value and can easily be used safely.

This was recommended by a Dr on Youtube for people who have the sensation of a lump in the throat. I was diagnosed with Esophagitis and found it hard to eat. I take a teaspoon mixed in organic wheatgrass every day for a few weeks and then reduced it to 3 times a week. Its incredible as I can now eat normally again. Make sure you mix it in boiling water first or it will not disolve.

Eerily this appears to have subdued my chronic cough, wether or not it was waning of its own accord I’ll never know, but in desperation tried a spoonful at night and after a week or so I think it may have played a part in reducing frequency of coughing. I stopped taking after about a fortnight but I have brought another tub to hold in reserve in case needed again.
