The media could not be loaded. This review is for the SNOWCLAD Stainless Steel Cutting Board. It has a stainless-steel cutting surface and also a wheat straw PP composite cutting surface. I never heard of this before. Wheat straw plastic is made of natural wheat straw fiber, PP material without BPA and food safety, containing 50% PP and 50% wheat. The stainless side is for meat and the wheat straw side is for fruits and vegetables. Unlike wooden boards it will stay cleaner and will not warp. It's a slim design with no bulky handles, so it will store easily. I would assume you'll need to sharpen your knives more often when using the SS side. I think I'll dedicate some knives that are easy to sharpen for the stainless-steel side of the board. It's really two boards in one and I think it's a great value.

This is so awesome. I'm 76 yrs. old and have had a few cutting boards and this is truly one of the best. So easy to move around and a wipe clean with a detergent rag can take care of small jobs. Love the handle and the weight is perfect. The reverse side does not stain when cutting various vegetables. It is a quality board which is so worth the purchase.

I like the brand. LOVE my new cutting boards. 4 stars only cause i don’t have all the info.I got it for the antibacterial quality of the metal side. It’s a brushed metal. The steel side is exactly what it looks like, the opposite side, for fruits and vegetables, is a textured plastic made from …. I keep thinking bamboo but not sure they say what it’s made from, but it’s a harder surface than most non-wood cutting boards so not complaining, will see how it stands up over time.I expect the pretty side to get pretty scarred up, not having any high expectations.Despite any of these observations, it makes an impressive, quality looking serving tray, great price, AND easy to clean (it’s a bit heavy).

I like this board . Wanting to reduce microplastics in my life I chose this stainless steel board and it works perfectly as expected. It has a textured plastic backside ,I think it provides great cushion and grip against the countertop so while chopping. Seems slightly heavy but it’s built well.
