Installing a heated toilet seat was one of those “why didn’t I do this sooner?” moments. The comfort it adds—especially on chilly mornings—is seriously underrated. No more icy shock in the middle of the night!The seat warms up quickly and maintains a cozy temperature that’s just right—not too hot, not lukewarm. Mine even came with adjustable heat settings, which is great for tailoring comfort to the season.Installation was surprisingly easy, even for someone not very handy. It fits snugly, feels sturdy, and cleans just like a regular seat. Some models also include extras like a nightlight or bidet function, which just takes the bathroom experience to spa level.Overall, a small luxury that makes a big difference. If you’re on the fence—just do it. Your future self (and backside) will thank you.

I have only tried one other Bidet like this one, (Although I have used many non-powered ones in the past) by Vivahome that was about $50 cheaper than this one. That one was good for the price, and is being used by my daughter in her bathroom. I bought this one for the main bathroom, and after testing it out, I think its worth the extra $50. Heres the Pros compared to the vivahome one:1) The wand moves back and forth when cleaning your rear, which really helps in hitting that right spot to get it all clean. That feature alone is worth the upgrade compared to the ones that do not move like the viva home one.2) Water and seat warms up much faster in this model, the vivahome takes a bit longer to reach temp and start spraying.3) I like that the spray can be started by the remote on this model, does not require you to use the dail on the actual seat.4) Air dryer has more power compared to the vivahome one, although still inadiquate on its own to completely dry you. I find that you still need a square or 2 of toilet paper just to dab up the excess water, and then the air dryer can do the rest.5) I did not need to purchase a different splitter due to different china plumbing standards, as the one included in this bidet connects to the tank itself and then splits off to the bidet. Then the hose you have connected to the wall connects to the splitter on the tank. I was able to install this and get it working right out of the box.Neutral:Both are fairly bulky and would probably feel realy cramped on a Round toilet. (though this one sits lightly higher in the back) Both leave just enough space on an elopngated toilet for a guy with a decent amount of junk to still feel comfortable sitting on it without being too cramped up front.Negatives:The only thing the Vivahome one has over this one IMO is it does fit the shape of my toilets a little better. The Vivahome one also looks better to me when closed, The flat curved top on it looks sleeker and more premium IMO, but this is subjective.One other thing I noticed thats not really a negative, just a note, that might help someone else, I thought it was broken at first because I had plugged it in while I was sitting on it to pair the remote. but the seat would not operate any of the functions that requires the sensor to detect a person sitting on the toilet. Long story short, I had to get up and then sit back down for it to start working. The sensor would not detect that I was sitting on it since I powered it on while already sitting.I'll update the review after some time if I need to for durability, but so far I'm impressed with the perfomrnance and functionality of this Bidet. I have never used a TOTO (The industry standard to beat) and so can't compare it directly to that, but it does everything I need it to do at a price I can work with. Thats a win in my book.

One of my sons installed an inexpensive bidet seat adapter we were intrigued, but we were turned off by the freezing cold water hitting our sensitive spots. Our other son installed a $450 bidet seat very much like this one and went on and on about the experience, but we did not want to spend that much money. This seemed to be the perfect compromise. The installation is super easy. I was confused at first because most bidet adapters attach by the valve coming out of the wall. This one attaches at the bottom of the tank. Once you realize that, the fittings Work flawlessly. It even includes some Teflon tape. We are fortunate that we have an electrical outlet near the toilet. I don’t remember why exactly I installed one there when I redid the bathroom. I think maybe I was thinking about an electric towel warmer. Anyhow, The bidet can be operated from the round knob on the right hand side of the toilet. Forward for a female wash and turning the knob to the back for washing your behind. The water is warm right away, but still a little surprising. Simply press the button to stop the flow. More advanced functions can be accessed through the remote control pad. That includes changing the amount of flow and most importantly, turning off and on the drying fan, which is very nice. But perhaps the most enjoyable feature is that the seat is always warm and ready to go. I cannot tell you how enjoyable that is especially in the winter.

I wish I had purchased one of these years ago. Functionally this thing is perfection. Cleans 100 times better than toilet paper and does so without irritating friction. The money I'll save not buying toilet paper makes this a no brainer. This one in particular is a great deal. It has all of the features needed and all components to install it are included. The instructions are complete and easy to follow. I have a Glacier Bay one piece toilet that has a French Curve. I didn't notice the warning in the product description that it may not fit this type of toilet. It turned out that it does work with the caveat that the front edge of the seat sits about an 1/8 of an inch proud of the toilet bowl. This does not affect its stability and it doesn't show in a way that is unappealing.
