Q: Does this help with upper back trigger points?

Well, the name of the brand is "Trigger Point", so YES. It has helped will all my back trigger points better than anything I have ever used.

Q: How durable is this product?

I would say it is very durable. I bought my first original 13-inch trigger point roller in mid 2010. I still use it today. My roller gets used a lot. I recently purchased the 26-inch roller because I can do different exercises with it, and I think it is firmer. After a long use and due to time I think the foam breaks down just like any other uses for foam products. Like I said, the original 13-inch roller from 2010 is still good for my workouts--deep tissue massage, loosening stiff muscle, improving circulation--but it doesn't feel as firm as the 26-inch roller purchased in 2014.

Q: Will it have included demonstration DVD?

The foam roller does not come with a demonstration dvd. But it is easy to find on YouTube how you can use the foam roller to roll your different muscles.
