Wright's Baking Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix 500g (Pack of 3) - Alpine Heights

I often use these mixes instead of making a ginger cake from scratch. Literally no one knows it’s a packet mix. The taste is spot on. It’s a family favourites. I sometimes add an egg, although not required, just to give it a denser texture, but absolutely isn’t necessary to do for the perfect ginger cake.

I love Wrights cake mix, it is so moist, easy to use and you cannot go wrong. Excellent product

I'm not a very good baker, in fact I'm a rubbish baker, but I do this in my bread maker so can't go wrong. It makes lovely cake, which I eat as it is, but have in the past made a sandwich cake with frosting which was also delicious.

Brilliant cake mix - carrot is hard to find in shops, so have to pay a bit more from Amazon.Arrived quickly

My partner bought a bread maker that can do these cake mixes and oh my god I love the carrot cake. It comes out beautifully and tastes amazing. I guess results will vary depending on your bread maker but I think these are great.

Have been ordering for years as my 'signature' cake. I add a lot of my secret ingredients and my friends and family always so ready to have the cake as a gift. Even without my secret ingredients its very gingery moist and so easy to make.
