This is definitely the largest quantity of paprika I have ever bought, but since I tend to use it a lot in my dishes I know I will be able to make good use out of it.I did find that I didn't have to use as much of the paprika, since it has a more robust flavour than my usual shop branded one, and therefore will go even further which is a bonus.I make a chickpea and bacon soup which usually requires smoked paprika, but after trying this instead I found it to add even more depth to the flavour. The paprika definitely packs more of a punch and instead of adding about 3/4 teaspoon, I just added a few shakes.It is very aromatic and works well in many dishes.The pouch is of a good size, but I generally do prefer the small shakers, as I find them easier to use during cooking.The pouch does store well and thanks to the resealable tab at the top, the paprika stays dry and fresh.I look forward to trying this out in some new recipes and would certainly recommend it as a high quality, cooking staple.

This paprika has a deep and rich smoky flavour. This package will go a long way, as you will probably use less compared to the standard spice from the supermarket.
