I've been interested in all things autophagy(mitophagy) since rapamycin became available. After taking the Neurogan Urolithin A, 1000 mg for the first time, I noticed the effects within hours; I had energy for my workout(s). Where I would normally do a full chest routine, I was now able to add a full shoulder workout to the same session. I used to take citrulline malate and beta alanine pre workout. I've ditched them for Urolithin A. I get more "bang for the buck", plus beta alanine gives me the nasty tingling sensation all over. I've very happy, and will be reordering.

I take it for 2 months already. Feels like the top end when I exercise is higher.

.. thats my observation because im losing weight and feeling energized. Im male 40, I've been thin my whole life super fast metabolism started to slow down dramatically in my mid 30s and only after 2 weeks of taking this supplement I've lost 5 pounds without dieting. Thing is i ordered this pill for a completely different purpose... so 4 stars because I dont have trouble losing weight anyhow

i been using their other old bottle that was black pill more liquid similar formula to mitopure when it was out of stock i was so disappointed. so i bought a bottle of this thinking it would be the same i would take 1 pill a day instead of two. per price it wa cheaper than their older formula Now i have two white capsule not the soft liquid capsule and reviewing the effectiveness of this brand. i been using two of their old bottles and 1 of their new bottle under the name pro +. It is supposed to increase muscle strength and increase energy. I don't feel any increase in energy i been extremely tired this last few months. and i think this is the cause. i rather eat raw nuts for the amount i'm saving that would give me the same entertainment of urolithin A. I been having headaches particularly at night shortly after taking this medication during evenings. i stopped for a few days and i didn't have headache. ask doctor advice don't take it without medical consult. so i don't recommend this product.
