It's Just! - HMB Powder, 250g, Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate, as Calcium HMB, Batch Tested Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Heavy Metal Tested, Keto Friendly (Unflavored, 250g)

The HMB seems very clean. It is quite powdery and can be dusty (floats in the air) if shaken. One notable demerit is the HMB packaging - the package is a zip seal bag with an additional std final thermal seal closure. The problem is they don’t close the zip after the final seal, so the zip gets choked with the HMB powder, and it’s hard to seal. Annoying! Anyway the HMB dissolves in water, a bit slowly, but completely. Good stuff.

It appears to be HMB!! Mixes well and suits my purpose. Was at a good price as well.

Seems to be a pure product, but wasn't too happy when the bag opened up inside the shipping envelope.It covered the other items and the powdery dust got all over everything. If you want to mix it with your power shake, shake it up well so it mixes.

Good product, I noticed faster recovery when taking it.

I am just trying this supplement for the first time. I'm adding it to my shaker bottle with my protein supplement. Time will tell but so far, good.

I just received it, packaged well, scoop included (why?). The scoop was my first heartburn with this. The scoop gives you a gram of product and looks like a 1/4 teaspoon--why not just say "take a 1/4 teaspoon"? Sheesh!Then I found out that I am a victim of fraud--the title says "Free Acid" but it isn't, it's calcium bound (see photo). Frankly, when I ordered it I wondered about this, but I should have paid closer attention.Now there is nothing inherently wrong with the Ca bound product other than multiple studies have shown that it is not as bioactive as 'free acid'; in fact, you need to take about 25% more of it assuming a linear bioactivity. Also, there has been no research revealing a maximum amount that can be taken daily without ill effects, so taking 4 grams instead of 3 should be no issue, however......since every HMB molecule has a calcium that needs to come off, this also puts a lot of extra calcium in your system and that may play havoc elsewhere.So, it is quite cheap, but you pay the price given that it is not 'free acid' as stated. I'm not returning it, but I certainly won't be buying it again.

This is a 5 star product. The powder is micronized for easy mixing and ingestion and absorption into the body. Just mix vigorously with 8 oz. of water for thirty seconds. I use a long tea spoon myself. Little to no taste. Nothing to get your panties in a wad about. Good value for the money. Be prepared for a very tiny scoop. But rest assured that it’s in there. I will definitely keep buying this product and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

Best HMB I’ve tried. This is specially a good deal because this bag last for almost 6 months!
