Q: have got instruction booklet but no where how to fit under neath and plastic clips too big to fit in the two holes on the top . thought it said univer

I had to force to clips into the toilet.

Q: Is the seat top fixing only and does it come with all tye accessories as says its dual fixing?

Mine came in one full piece of lid and rim with all the fixings attached already and then one screw on piece to add underneath for each side to tighten it up. The seat fittings move to accommodate both standard sizes of toilet.
