Where do you get the remote temperature sensor?

The MPPT solar controller has a temperature sensor interface, so you can connect your remote temperature sensor here (But the product does not come with a temperature sensor).

How many 180w panels can I hook up and is there ports for each  or do I have to use splitters..

I have the 40 amp version of this. You can safely hook up two 180w panels. You need an adapter so that there are only one positive and one negative coming in. The controller can handle up to 480 watts of solar charge. Three 180 panels would be 540 watts but you will never get more than about 140 (or less) watts of charge from a 180 watt panel so you could actually hook of three 180 watt panels. I get about 120 to 135 watts from my 180 watt Bouge panels on the sunniest of days. There are many adapters but I bought this one. Im im using this controller to charge a 12v agm is there a way i can integrate a step up converter to also charge my lithium solar generator?

There are instructions in the manual  on setting up for lithium. I have 3 these controllers and have found  it works well for AGM and lithium with factory settings it came with. Call the company they will be glad to help you. This is the best buy for a 40 amp MPPT for controller out there. Good luck.

You may be looking for a Bluetooth application for your charge controller.  I believe the controller does not have Bluetooth!  I found two manuals that are applicable.  This device was sold by HQST under their own brand name. They still have the manual available as a download for the 20 Amp version, which also covers the 20A, 30A. 40A and 50A versions.
I found the LCD Display unit User Manual by searching.  Its part number is RM-6.  I gives all the information and instructions to program the controller for user select battery types.
