Excellent muscle back-pain relief!
These patches are outstanding for muscle back-pain relief! My wife is very pleased! You place these directly on the skin, and are even better then Cura-Heat! They are bigger and less expensive then the Cura-Heat. Definitely recommended!

These work really well. Soothed my back pain and the patches were large enough for decent coverage. Affixing them over your spine requires a helpful assistant.

Mixed feelings.
First of all the patches are quite large, which is either a good or bad thing depending on where you want to place them. They do provide some heating effect for a while and this is the main benefit in my limited experience (for shoulder pain), but once that wears off I'm not really convinced that natural remedies ever work as well as 'proper' medication. Personally I think I'll stick to good old fashioned painkillers, but I do understand that some people might not be able to tolerate those and these might be an (albeit expensive) alternative.

Great product they are a great size better than the deep heat patches. They stick very well, are very thin can't be seen through clothing I will be buying them again

Virtually useless
You get what you pay for! When I first used one of these, it was pleasantly warm and I thought, great, something affordable I can use everyday if required. However, after a couple of hours, all heat had gone. To make matters worse, the pad had stuck so well to my skin, I had real problems pulling it off. When I did, it hurt considerably. Worse than trying to remove a plaster. I don’t advise you getting these. Spend a bit more and get something that does stay heated for more than a couple of hours and comes off with causing pain!

Back & groin discomfort
Great buy!! I have been suffering with back and groin pain for years, I use these plasters when I go to work to help ease my pains, I feel a warming sensation straight away.
