i love the bag very good material and good quality very spacious inside the only downside to this was that the shipping took around 2 weeks and then came 6 days late other than that great product.

The follow up service is dreadful with unwarranted delays in providing the return label when a wrong colour was sent. The bag quality is poor. Avoid at all costs

What i received must have been different from others. Horrible looking bag. The handles were made from a very cheap looking, thin material- not as shown.in the picture/advertised. They were also a really bright orange/brown colour. Definitely not worth the money. Returning
