I purchased this products as it allows me to train my hamstrings in the comfort of my own home. The product has great build quality and appears very durable which is important for me as a weigh 90KG! At first I was slightly worried that the product may damage my door. However, the incredibly soft and spongy hook does NOT leave a mark.The product is incredibly easy to use and set up and has allowed me to effectively perform Nordic curls in my home!As always with the Tib Bros products, great high quality design and a must have when looking at knee health and strengthening your legs.

I seen some places selling these for €50-60 for the exact same product. Find it very sturdy and is good material. Is exactly like a Nordic curl machine in a gym and the fact that you can put it anywhere there is a door is just even better. Highly recommend this product to anyone who is physically active. It will improve hamstring strength a load and will make you faster in the long term

The quality of the product is good, but the strap is too short for UK size 10 feet, a real toe crusher even extended to the max. Anyone with feet larger than that should not buy.

Seems to be a quality band for a good price compared to other options available. Only downsides would be the length of the band as I don't feel this would allow sufficiently for Spanish squats plus I would also like the door anchor to be a bit more substantial but for this price, can't expect everything

Works perfectlyI can now do Nordics from home, easy setup and easy to use. Not yet tried it for other exercises, but great for Nordic curls
