Great bench
Just got this bicep curl bench. Easy to put together and very durable. We'll built for the price and is everything I needed for my home gym.

Long reach, minimal padding - looks nice
I read the reviews and got fooled by all the hype over this bench. In my opinion this bench isn't much better than the $75 white curl benches. I bought this to upgrade one of those white cheap curl benches and wish that I hadn't. For starter's this bench is only rated to 350 pounds and the white benches that are half the price are rated to 550 pounds. That should have been a huge red flag from the start. The distance from the weight rest to the seat on the white bench is 12 inches on this bench it's 15 inches. Even though this bench has 3 adjustment points for up and down there are no adjustments to make the bar closer to the seat. I can't figure out a way to comfortably lift the bar and curl it without the bar hitting the resting rack. I never had that problem on the cheaper bench. This resting rack is so wide that if you're off even less than an inch, the weights will hit the rack. Like someone else here posted his curl bar actually gets stuck in the rack. The bar is simply too far away, and too wide, for me and I'm 5'9". Like I said. Like I said, I'm not new to this. This is simply not a comfortable bench unless you're tall or have a long reach. On to the armrest, it doesn't say "bicep curl," as pictured. It says, ER KANG in huge white block letters. Also, the pad where your upper body touches the edge of the armrest has a split in it underneath the cover so my torso goes against the edge of a board. I have to lean forward farther than normal to reach the bar like I already said and then that makes me push my body against the board and then when I curl I have to keep my body away from the board, which may be proper technique but it's uncomfortable. It looks nice and if you are taller or have a longer reach it's probably a good bench for you, as long as the arm rest pad isn't defective.

Beautiful on the Eyes and Very Simple to Assemble...!!!
I shopped around for quite some time for a Preacher Curl bench and yes there are many out there that are cheaper but this one caught my eye and I did a lot of research on it from some Personal Trainer Videos on Youtube and I will tell you that this Preacher Curl Bench is not only Great Looking and Easy to Assemble but it is very very Sturdy unlike the cheaper models of Preacher Curl Benches. The packing it comes in is Phenomenal and probably the best part is I was able to put together by myself though it says to use 2 people and it's only about 8 Bolts total and you only need a couple of tools which they provide but others that the Seller recommends you to use which I used but altogether a GREAT PREAHER CURL BENCH with adjustable Wide Area solid Padded Arm Rest and the Seat is comfortable and Adjustable. I'm a 6'2 250lb. man and It fits me like a Glove but would also fit a person who is 5'5 140lbs. which makes this to me an Outstanding Preacher Bench at an OUTSTANDING PRICE...!!! 👍💪👍

Useable curl bench!
Constructed well for the price. It has a very large pad and is very comfortable to use. I’m 6”3” and almost 300lbs and it is comfortable for me use. It was easy to assemble. I believe it’s a good value for the price. Note it has a small wobble from the rack that holds the bar but it’s not a problem

It works as advertised
Easy to assemble and works like it should. I haven't had any issues with it being off balance or unstable, and it seems to be made of materials that will hold up.

I really wanted to like this.........BUT
the vinyl on the arm pad is so loose it rolls under your elbows just setting up to start curls. The barbell support is so wide it hits the plates everytime you extend downward. and apparently not much quality control the barbell support is twisted so one side is closer than the other. There is a definite line of less padding in the arm pad. Its like they joined 2 pieces of foam and oddly enough its directly inline with where the arm rests while exercising It will require Mods to make it decent.......................I would not recommend and certainly would not buy again

Over all pretty good
Over all the unit is pretty good but the arm rest materials is kinda loose .Seat, arm rest and bar heights all adjust !

Not bad but not good
This bench gets the job done but it’s a little chintzy. The male inserts are too small for the female receivers causing the seat and arm pad to have excessive play when using.
