No food cravings!
These arrived quickly. I have only used them for a week but already noticed I have more energy, don't have food cravings and have even lost a lb on them. Definitely worth purchasing. Will be continuing using them & would definitely purchase again.

Didn't work for me
It honestly hasn't worked for me. The first few days it helped to slightly curb my cravings but didn't last very long. My diet is good to begin with but I haven't noticed any obvious benefits as a result of taking the caps.Perhaps not suited for me.
