I don't know how this pillow compares to similar pillows, but I am extremely happy with this particular pillow. It is soft enough, though at times I feel it could have been a little firmer, however, that may have been a problem. I used to have neck pain and compression of the nerve resulting in shoulder pain. This is much improved ever since I have started to use this particular pillow. It has the right profile to allow for sleeping on your side as well as on your back. The pillow is not very large which is my only criticism of the pillow but in no way does it compromise sleep. In short, I am extremely happy with this pillow and have no problems recommending it. I think the price is just right.The pillow arrived well. Packaged, does not have a smell and feels no different from any other pillow that I have used in terms of texture and feel feel.

Comfy. Supportive. Perfect size. No ‘new’ smell whatsoever. I would have preferred it a bit firmer but overall it’s great.

Lovely comfy pillow

I really like this pillow for comfort and coolness but it's really disappointing that you can't wash the cover. I don't want to have to buy replacement covers each time I want to have a clean pillow

I love this pillow for travelling. It's easy to put back into the bag it came and fits very nicely, with room to spare, in my rucksack. It's very comfortable to sleep on and provides good support.

My previous Tempur pillow is just too low for me when sleeping on my side but a new one costs an arm and a leg. I saw this and thought I’d try it and I’m pleasantly surprised. BUT, it’s not memory foam in that it doesn’t contour and then slowly recover like Tempur does. It just bounces straight back just like normal foam but it is denser. That said, it does a pretty decent job of supporting the neck and head with the high side being perfect when I turn on my side. The ‘cool’ pillow case does a great job too, but it is winter right now so I hope it stays cool in the summer. For the money one can’t expect Tempur quality but it does offer excellent value and I’ve slept well on it so no complaints there. I’d definitely recommend it to fellow neck pain sufferers but it did take one or two nights to get used to I found.
