For the price, it is an amazing couch! I found it easy to build and fairly lightweight. We bought the blue and it is a beautiful shade. The back of the couch is a bit short but even my 6 foot husband says it's not that bad! He was impressed at the comfortableness and firmness of the cushions.The storage compartments are huge! I could totally store a quilt in each one if needed.I appreciated the extra parts and the included screwdrivers were nice!I am super happy we purchased this.

It's great! We live in an apartment and it's the perfect size. It's still large enough to lounge on for a nap,. love the fabric and the flexibility of the piece. Great storage too.

Best choice sofa i could ask for in my new apartment. Easy set up storage under every seat . I love the ability to rearrange to fit your room. For someone like me who went from not having a pet to having one, it made it easier to adjust my loving space

I purchased the 7-piece grey sectional sofa. I was a bit hesitant ordering online because I had a horrible experience with a Walmart seller on a similar item. I am EXTREMELY happy with this couch. All the pieces came individually wrapped in a secure cardboard box with plastic. The product was exactly as shown, exact measurements, fabric did not smell, and it was so easy to assemble in many various ways. The cushions are firm but yet soft enough to be comfortable and it actually provides a comfortable place to sleep as I've taken a few weekend naps on it. The material on the couch is very nice, but it can snag easily if you have cats. Since I own cats and dogs that like to sleep on the couch, to maintain the integrity of the material, I purchased the HYHA waterproof couch cushion covers that fit the seat cushions perfectly and make it easy to wash. So check them out! They are slightly darker in color but work perfectly. Just pull them off throw them in the washer and dryer and replace.As far as customer service - they are the best!! No "couch" potatoes with this customer service. When UPS delivered the sofa sections (in boxes), I watched the last box drop 5 feet from the truck and onto my driveway. Despite the driver saying it would be okay, the seat was smashed beyond repair. I emailed customer service that day, sent pictures of the damage, and within 4 days had a full ENTIRE seat replacement (and I did not have to go through the trouble of returning the damaged item - which did give me an extra back pillow as a spare). No harassment, just immediate follow-up with an email AND a phone call. They even sent the tracking number when it shipped. WOW! EXCELLENT customer service.Have faith in Belfin's products. They are true to form as shown on the internet, and they excel in customer service. I will definitely WITHOUT hesitation purchase from them again. Thank you Belfin for the excellent care. You deserve 10 stars. I highly recommend this seller.

I wish there was an end piece that had a cup holder or a center piece with a small table & cup holders.

I love how versatile this couch is—I can arrange it however I want, making it a fantastic purchase. In terms of comfort, it’s not overly soft to the point where you sink in, but it strikes the perfect balance between firm and plush, at least for me. As for the appearance, I was initially a bit skeptical about buying it, but once I set it up, I completely fell in love. If I ever need another couch, I’d definitely buy this one again!

I love this couch! We needed something bigger to fit us and our dogs and this couch is perfect. We love the storage and the reclining backs... I do wish the back rest was a little higher, but I just take 2 pillows and place them upright on the backrest and that works well enough.
