Excellent purchase. I am glad I found this.
Easy to install. No issues. Heavy duty.On a Dodge Caravan, there is one bolt that is trick to get to, but they provided a wire tool to install the bolt properly. No drilling or cutting required.I see Amazon has marked this as frequently returned item, but I would surmise that this due to the fact that you actually have to install this item. It is not a pop on, click in place item. You need to lower your exhaust, bolt this in place and re-install the exhaust back up into place.First time around, it should take you about 90 minutes or so.

2013 grand caravan hitch using a 20v impact.
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install and fitted literally perfect. I used a Dewalt 20v impact to take out the bolts and to reinstall them. If you use a regular wrench, it will take you a while to do the install. (Careful with your wrists). The driver side was very easy to remove the bolts and to reinstall them. The passenger side however has a muffler and you will need to remove two muffler bolts hangers in two different locations, so that way muffler can nudge to the side a little bit to get to the bolts. I suggest you do the muffler side first so that way you can put the hitch onto the muffler (you have to angle the hitch in) so the muffler can hold the hitch in place with no bolts. Then you raise the driver side and insert the bolts finger tighten. Next you go to the passenger side and start to put the bolts on there as well. Once all the bolts are in place then you can tighten the hitch bolts in. Once all the hitch bolt are secured reinstall the muffler bolts back in. I also used my ramps to raise the back of the van which helped insert the passenger side through the muffler. It is heavy so ask for help if you need it. Took me less than 30 min.

Fits a 2010 Town and country
I can confirm that this hitch receiver will fit on a 2010 Town and country you will need two people to install. Good price for the great quality.

Holes dont line up very good
It fit with the help of a prybar. I think drawtight needs to check their specs. If you get one side in and leave the screws kinda loose you can bend the other side till the holes line up.

Use a breaker bar and rhino ramps.
Product is great quality is fantastic. The UPS driver struggled with this awkwardly shaped heavy object for delivery.Couple suggestions before you buy this. Get a 2-3ft breaker bar from harbor freight it will make your life easy. I could not have done this without this since the bolts on my 2015 chrysler T&C were rusted over.Rhino ramps and wheel chocks made this super easy to install along with an extra set of hands. I'm overally cautious so i also used jack stands. Overall took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish to install. I also useRemove 7 total bolts. Put on hitch. Then put the 7 bolts back. Hitch is just heavy and awkward. I used a floor jack/jack stands to help position the hitch for install.

Get someone to help you install this thing
Good product, but a pain to install on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I will try to post some pictures to help anyone with the similar problem we had. If your van has an aluminum cover underneath the trunk (for lack of a better word) where the back seats go in, it will be very very very very very tight! To the point that you'll think they sent you the wrong one. You need two people to install this! You need a screw driver to realign the holes where the screws go in. This might not make sense now, but when you start installing it you'll understand. When you're done though you'll feel like a champ. But if you have that aluminum cover you need a lot of strength to push it close enough where you can get a screw in. Once you manage to get that screw in, you're golden. Here's another tip. Start from the driver side first, then move to the side of the muffler. That's the only way I got it to fit. The reason being is that you can push directly in towards the aluminum side. When I first tried installing it from the muffler side, and then went to the driver side, I couldn't even get it to come close to put in a screw.P.S.I used my ramps that I normally use to do my oil changes. I just put them on my back tires and drove the van in reverse to lift the back of the van up. I wouldn't recommend doing this without the ramps. Very dangerous with all the movements. The van can easily fall on top of you if you were just using a jack or something. And without lifting the back part of the van up, you won't have much room to move around, I would say almost impossible.
