Why did you choose this product over others?:Chose the toaster as we wanted a slim line toasterAnd there are not many about. Good choice. Build quality good. The grading for toasting is accurate.Good quick even toaster

Looks amazing and makes the best toast ever!
Great toaster! Does take a while to get used to the settings as it's a very powerful toaster. I've found 2-3 gives the best toast. The only thing is the ejector is a little cheap feeling.

Terrible toast
Similar to most other reviews this toaster does not toast evenly and on setting 1 barely toasts, and anything higher burns. I cant imagine what the highest setting would do - probably cause a fire. For such an expensive toaster, I expect much better.

Poor toaster time control means underdone or burnt toast
I have owned this toaster for just over 3 months, I liked it as we could put Pitta Bread in it.The finish is attractive, there is however one issue and that is the sliding side control that increases the time your toast is being done is imho poorly designed being too sensitive to extremely small movements.If I put a slice of white bread into the toaster I have to set it at just under the two setting, the toast will come out burnt at the edges. To reduce the time is almost impossible as the sensitivity means the next slice will be under done. The difference in a mm of movement results in burnt or underdone.The highest setting is 7, I cant imagine what that is for. My previous toaster have include DeLonghi and Russell Hobs, not worth the money.

Love the colour and works perfectly and will fit four slices of normal bread

Looks great......but
It does look lovely and the ability to toast irregular shaped slices of bread but it does tend to over cook....need to manually "ping" it a touch before the toaster would do automatically to avoid blackness to the edges
