Love this Seasoning for pork but I also love it on chicken, really nice flavour I've been using it for years always in the cupboard. Good price, quality and delivery

Quite good but tweak it to finish it off.
I usually make my own Char Sui type recipe but thought I'd give this a try. It's not bad, maybe a tad salty but I'd finish this off at the end by mixing hoisin and honey in a small bowl and basting over the cooked pork loin, put it under a hot grill for a few mins, turn over and baste again. Makes a huge difference and tastes and looks much better.
