Love this, it is cool, my back and hip bone does not hurt anymore. I was in so much pain before this. I work at home and am in this chain for 8-10 hours. Full pain relief, support, very sturdy does not move in the seat. I cannot afford a brand new chair, tried this and was not disappointed. Had it a few weeks now and it always goes back to its original shape and no pain at all. Can't say that enought.

Very thick cushion. Definitely cooling, I may have to put a towel over it until winter is over because it's cool and stays cool. It's somewhat hard because it's so thick but it doesn't feel hard on my behind. Seems sturdy and well made. If you want to use it in your car be prepared to adjust your mirrors because you'll be several inches higher! My pain did lessen. I've used it in bed while sitting up. Due to health reasons I cannot lay flat but I was able to sleep using it in an inclined position. I don't think it would function well if laying down because it is so thick and dense. Sitting its fine, reclining its fine. Lots of support with the "cutout" to take pressure off the tailbone

I work from home and am trying to improve my home office (specifically, making it more comfortable). I bought a chair from Amazon that's not that great for prolonged sitting, so I bought this to see if it would help relieve some of the butt/back pain. There is a noticeable difference in the level of comfort, though when it's cold, it is quite firm and takes some time to soften. I think it mostly does the job but not enough to call it "amazing". At the end of the day, I will need to purchase a better chair.

I was skeptical that this would make a difference, but man oh man, now whenever I have to do many hours of work on the computer, I can! No more numb backside. Fits great in my gaming pc chair, and it fits me well too! I've had this for a couple of months now and it has not lost shape and is as comfortable as the first day I go it.

I bought this one by mistake. I'd already purchased one the week before. I had no contact with the seller so can't comment on that. Its purpose wasn't pain relief, so I don't really know about that, either. I bought it because my old desk chair's screw height adjustment function had failed and the seat could not be raised high enough. So I bought one and put it on the seat. Two things impressed me: 1.) it stays put. The raised nubs on the bottom have kept it in place where a regular cushion shifted all over the place, and 2.) it's quite comfortable and it's nice that the cover is washable if needed. However, I'm very heavy, which is probably why the height mechanism failed in the first place, and in a week's time, the first one of these that I purchased -- and I did so because it seemed to be the least expensive of a host of ripoffs of a more expensive cushion -- has compressed considerably. I'm returning the second one I ordered unopened because of this and plan to put an overstuffed regular seat cushion under it to see if I can get an additional inch or more of height. But for people of normal weight, I think it's excellent.

I bought this seat cushion after having an injury and need to seat for longer periods.I order 2 different kinds for a similar price to compare their quality. This one definitely it is giving me better support and seems to be more durable and best value for my money.I also read the reviews for this product and was willing to try it. In all honesty, I personally do not feel the coolness of the material, however it does give it a nice soft cushy feeling when you are seating down for a while. However, if you are a tall person and with more extra weight, this might not be the seat for you, since you may need something that can give you better support and durability. (I’m using this seat for a short time)I’m not over 5’4 and my weight is between 120 When my husband tried it (He is over 6 feet) a bit husky, he said it was not as comfortable for him and that if he needed a seat like this, he would probably look for another seat, even if it was more pricey. ( but that was his personal opinion)Overall, for what I need it, this has been a great product and did not have to pay over $20

I had tailbone pain and would get up from my office chair and have to give my hips a few moments to adjust from their stiffness. I bought a new cushy office chair and this pad. It took about a 3-4 weeks but the tailbone and hips stopped hurting. I slide this pad to the edge of the seat and allow my tush to sit into a crack near back of seat cushion. By doing this it raises my thighs slightly and I think it puts my spine in alignment. That's my theory! But regardless, the cushion really made a difference! I will replace it with this same one when needed, but I've been using it for almost a year and I'm doing great.

Got two- for my fiancé and I as we have a 16 hour road trip planned for May. I put them on our office chairs to test them out. It’s not as firm as I expected, and immediately squished down to 1/3 of its height. Now, I am 170lbs, so it may just be that I am heavier. Though that would make me question the functionality for the average man. The cooling feature works decently well. Over all, it’s nice and should offer some extra comfort when you have to sit for long periods of time. But I can’t imagine much difference between this and a normal pillow.
