Fast delivery put the heat back on.
It was an exact replacement for the failed item, and the price was good with excellent speed of delivery, so hot water up and running within an hour after delivery, this is what central heating spares supply is all about.

Direct replacement so works as expected.
Replaced a faulty unit, didn't realise how bad it was until the new one was in and full flow restored.As this has 4 separate connections it can be a bit tight getting enough movement to get the old one out and the new one in. Not helped by mine being behind the hot water tank.

Good Valve
Needed a new valve as our original one was dripping, easy to fit and sorted the issue.It was a direct replacement on my unvented tank so that kept things simple. Fitting was simple, they are all just compression fittings so ptfe tape/compound and a cpuple of spanner was all I needed.Last time I had a similar issue a plumber charged me over £100 just for the valve plus labour.review by Snikom husband of MoGin

delivery next day
ordered new prv as my existing one only lasted two years . it would seem that once my boiler is serviced and the prv is tested then the seal doesn't reset fully therefore leaks. I am unsure if its the quality of the item but the brand is supposedly one of the best units. maybe try a different unit in future .

Good kit, good price!
Caleffi make good fit and when faced with lousy Honeywell unit failure for customers I order and fit these, better made and allot less plastic to crack and fail.
