Good budget option for those car cleaning enthusiast. After the first time use, it cleans quickly but if you have a 4 year old that loves to clean the car and takes a lot of time it will leave streaks on the windows and spots elsewhere so you need to be quick and target sections of the car. I have used it in garden hose as well and it spreads nicely but you have to use more, don't expect too much foam via the garden hose method but you will see.I am yet to use it after the snow foam so will update if it enhances the shiny effect.
