Very comfortable and helped with SI sprain recovery
Update! I’ve had this belt for three years now and it’s still brilliant! Anytime I get the slightest tweak where I know I need a bit of support or it will get worse, I wear this for a couple of days and everything is good again. I maybe only use it 3 or 4 times a year for a few days at a time, but I wouldn’t be without it.Great belt. Does the job well and is comfortable to wear under clothes. There was a slightly wider belt for a couple of pounds more and I wondered if that would be slightly better, but this one was fine and certainly helped with my SI joint sprain recovery. It didn’t stop the pain but it reduced it and helped my confidence when moving around again (I know I sound old but I’m not and it was a sports injury!)

Easy to use effective back support
I have sacroiliitis and found this belt really helped to ease discomfort when walking about. It needs to be positioned correctly which you find by trial and error, and tightened enough to provide relief. Made with good quality materials and lined with soft fabric. Can be worn inside clothing or outside thin clothing. Not useful whilst lying down as it can slip upwards. Definitely recommend.

You can feel the quality instantly
Sometimes it’s difficult to diagnose lower back pain and it’s hard to tell where the pain is coming from but for me this belt provides instant relief if my lower back gets tight. If you’re on your feet a long time it’s benefits do wear off after a while so I use it for short walks to the shops etc. Also must say I have now bought another belt from the same company as the quality is superb compared to other belts I’ve tried. The fit is great as well and doesn’t hamper your when you sit at a desk for example so is suitable to wear at work.

Instant relief. Great Purchase.
Recommended by our Osteo/Physio for my husband's pelvic tilt causing sacroiliac pain and discomfort. He wasn't keen as he wanted to improve the problem through exercise not use any tool as a crutch. However, as it is early in his diagnosis and he needs to exercise a lot before he sees improvement I ordered the belt. Arrived promptly at a great price. He strapped it on right away and felt an immediate benefit. He does his physio exercises but if he plays golf or goes for a walk he puts the belt on. It does not slip or effect his movement. He does not have anything like the pain he has experienced previously and no pain when the belt is on. A great purchase which brought instant relief and does exactly what you hope for .

Accelerates the recovery process
August 2020 Update: I injured my back again in early July. I've just spent almost 5 weeks in agony, unable to walk for more than a couple of minutes and unable to sit upright for more than 5 minutes.I had mislaid this belt, but earlier today my parter found it and within seconds of putting it on the pain relieved.I've been stilton now for several hours and can walk around the house without too much discomfort. Amazing.Original Post:I've been wearing this for a week now, and it has really helped my slipped disk recovery. After approx. 6 weeks of being bent sideways when I walk, this belt helps me try to walk with my back in alignment. As a result I am walking much straighter and more freely. I believe the recover has accelerated since wearing this.

Don't rush to buy this one.
This is not a product I would particularly recommend. I wouldn't however want to put people off buying it, but since the seller has been pressing me to write a review I am prepared to oblige. This Neo G belt is not the cheapest available, and nor is it the dearest. Without having tested the others I am however inclined to the view that a cheaper belt could be just as satisfactory, and a dearer one that offered more padding for the sacroiliac joint would probably give a better result. However I think it would be sensible to take medical advice before spending a lot of money on an expensive belt that may offer support and alleviate discomfort, but nevertheless won't cure the problem. The Neo G belt is made of strong elastic, and really that is the only feature that seems to matter. A cheaper belt of strong elastic would do the same job. There is some degree of thickening on the back of the belt, but nothing of any great use in supporting the joint as far as I could experience it. It is not a belt likely to be used as a fashion accessory, although it could be to the extent that it is neatly sewn and well put together with a pretty logo for good measure. The belt comes with some simple instructions. A little more detailed guidance and specialist comment would have been helpful, especially since it's not the cheapest of belts—how tightly ought it to be worn, for example? You need to use your own best judgment for that and any other queries. I would not hold out much hope for anyone relying on the seller for any post-purchase advice. Two emails from me went unanswered. To sum up: the product offers a reasonable degree of support, but a cheaper alternative should be considered.

worth the investment for helping SI Joint pain
saw one of these belts after doing research online after injuring my SI joint. This belt provides a really good tightness that is fully adjustable and allows the joint to heal but still allow you to move. i found the relief from the discomfort immediate. After only wearing for a couple of hours a day for a week, the pain was gone. highly recommend this. Of course, if the pain continues, its good to seek help from a medical professional
