Great color, compact, works well
I love the color of this charger! It also is nice and compact, so it's easy to carry around. It's great that it has both mag-safe charging and a cord outlet, so I'm covered at all times. I often attach this to my phone when I'm using it a lot, like a day at a theme park taking pictures. It helps my phone charge last all day without a lot of extra bulk!

Details on how to charge and use this battery
Before ordering I had struggled to get answers to some basic questions about how this battery works, so now that I have it in hand I'm hoping these tips are useful:- The battery charges the phone wirelessly when the battery is attached to the phone magnetically and turned on.- While the phone and battery are attached the power moves in only one direction from the battery to the phone. The battery doesn't charge wirelessly when attached to a phone even if the phone is plugged in.- The battery must be charged independently of the phone. It can be charged either by plugging a USB-C cable into it directly or by putting it on any wireless charging pad.- You CAN plug a USB-C cable directly into the battery to charge it while it's attached to the phone and while it's actively charging the phone. It's possible this isn't recommended, but it does appear to work.- The battery blocks the phone's Magsafe charging area while it's attached to the phone, but the phone can still be charged directly via USB-C with the battery attached.- The battery can't be charged wirelessly while attached to a phone since it must placed Magsafe-down onto a wireless charging pad.- The battery just barely fits into the space between the camera protection area and the bottom edge of a standard p hone case with very little room to spare. The magnets are very effective, though, and it stays firmly attached to the phone.- A short USB-C cable is provided, but you need to provide a USB AC charger or wireless charging pad.

Works well but has misleading led indicator
TL;DR: works well but the battery indicator is a bit confusing. The Anker 621 has decent build quality and feels solid. It’s a bit thinner and lighter than my s/o’s Anker 622 but doesn’t have a stand as a trade off. It charges wirelessly as expected though does get a bit hot.Overall I’m pretty pleased, the only one strange callout is that if you keep it plugged into a charging cable, (with the wireless charging pad facing up) the right most LED continues blinking giving you the idea that it’s still charging. However, the right most LED is just a charging pad indicator (letting you know it can wirelessly charge a device while the cable is plugged in—acting like a charging pad).Only the four left most LEDs are the battery level indicator (which turn off when fully charged). This isn’t very intuitive and made me think the battery was bad from the factory.

The device was mediocre at best, but customer service was excellent
This is the first Anker product that has been so-so for me. It charges my phone very slowly and gets super hot as it’s charging. It also only lasts one charge before needing to be recharged. It works in a pinch, but I would not recommend it as a reliable, go-to charger. The one thing I do like is that it does not add a lot of bulk to your phone.I am updating to say that customer service with Anker was phenomenal. I was offered either a replacement or refund to resolve my experience with the mag charger. I opted for the refund as I had already purchased a different device capable of charging a variety of electronic devices that are not mag compatible, and the refund process and communication from Anker were great. Thank you, Anker, for standing behind your product and for your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very nice and sleek!
Not a pain in the butt, clips on magnetically and charges when you turn it on. Has same charger as the newer iPhones. Very happy, excited to use it.

Slow to charge but good
Attaches very securely. It won’t charge your iPhone all the way but is good for when you need a boost. It takes a long time to charge and drains very fast. I like how slim it is but it’s really only great for a quick boost. It’s not my go to charger but it’s a solid quick backup. And very easy to pack in a purse.

Convenient short term portable charger
Nice size portable charger for those times when you gotta go but the phone needs some juice. It’s a smaller and lighter weight portable that does the trick when you gotta go and there’s no time for a full plug in charge.
