Does anc also work when streaming audio, to reduce outside noise, like regular anc earbuds do?  if so, how many db of outside noise does it reduce?

1. Yes, they cancel out the noise when streaming music and phone calls.

2. I would estimate they cancel out 1 million db while streaming music, but this is a very rough estimate because I don’t have the equipment necessary to make the measurements.   🤣

How long does it take to recharge the buds from the case?

First Time Charging of IQbuds2 MAX: After charging for 30 minutes, you should have enough charge to pair the buds to your phone and start playing around with the product.

For the best results, we recommend leaving your buds on charge for 4-5 hours or overnight to charge the batteries completely before you begin using the product.

Please note that the charging type will affect how long it takes your IQbuds2 MAX to charge. Using a 5W Wall Socket USB charger will produce quicker results, then using a laptop USB port (which typically provides 2.5W)

How long does the IQbuds2 MAX battery stay charged?

IQbuds2 MAX Battery Life:
Up to 5 Hours Of streaming media.
Up to 8 Hours of hearing features (Music, Video)(World volume, Ear ID, etc.)

*Battery life may be less if using hearing features and streaming media simultaneously. With Bluetooth streaming, IQbuds2 MAX will have up to 5 hours of continuous use.

Charge Case: 
With the three additional charges from the charging case, you will have 20 hours of on-the-go Bluetooth streaming. If you use less streaming or are using only the Hearing Processing, IQbuds2 MAX will last 8 hours, and a total of 32 hours on-the-go Hearing Processing with the three additional charges.

Recharging:  
The carrying case holds three charges and can charge the earbuds from low battery to fully charged in 120 minutes. For a quick charge, 15 minutes of recharging in the charge case will allow for 1 hours of streaming. 120 minutes will allow for fully complete charge.

How to charge your IQbuds2 MAX:
Charging your IQbuds and their charging case is simple. Charging happens through the gold contacts on the bottom of the buds, and the gold pins in the charge case. IQbuds charge through the charging case.
 
Place your IQbuds2 MAX in the charging case. Please note that the lights will turn on when the case is opened or closed. The lights will then turn off after a few seconds for battery efficiency.
Connect the USB cord provided in your box to the case.

Plug the other end into a power source to charge both the case and the buds.

The left and right lights on the front indicate the left and right bud respectively. A red light indicates that the buds are charging. And a green light indicates that the buds are charged. The side light indicates case charge. When the light is red, the case holds less than one full charge for your IQbuds. When the light is green, the case holds more than one full charge for your IQbuds.

You can always check the level of charge on the iOS or Android companion IQbuds App, under the "MyBuds" screen of your IQbuds App, ensuring you always know when your buds are charged and ready to go.
