Worked only a short time - but lifetime guarantee solved the defect
Worked good in the beginning but 6 weeks after purchase it dropped out of the holder, just fell on the side and since then it cannot be turned off.Once the batteries are in it runs constantly and cannot be turned off again.That’s sad because otherwise it was a good product but seemingly too sensitive.Edit:The seller contacted me and offered a fast and convenient solution. The seller honored the lifetime product guarantee. Great Service!!

Stopped working after 3 months of light use!
It worked fine for 3 months, during which I changed the batteries twice, and then it broke down! I only used it to froth my matcha tea, just 2 cups a day. I changed the batteries, tried different brands of batteries, still it would not work again! So either consider it a temporary, disposable appliance or don’t waste your time and money.

The unique placement of the button right at the bottom of the device is a thoughtful design feature that enhances usability.One delightful surprise is the variable speed control sort-of: the harder you press the button, the stronger the mixer goes. This feature kind of allows for precise control over the frothing process if you can keep the balance :P, making it a joy to use. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommended!

Not reliable. Malfunctioned after 2 months
After 2 months of use the switch malfunctioned. It’s not stopping. We had to remove the battery to stop it. Now I have to look for another one. Wouldn’t recommend this.

Only works for a month
The first month of using it, it was great. Then, it started to spin inconsistently when I pressed the button. I had to press from different angles to keep it spinning. Later it started to spin slower. I changed the batteries thinking because of the batteries. But it didn’t improve with new batteries. Now it is completely dead.
