This smooth, calming, nice tasting tea is a staple in my kitchen. Any time I start to feel a little queasy, I start taking my herbal tea. It helps the nauseous, uncomfortable feeling I get in my abdomen. I feel the difference. At first, I thought it was a lot of money, but, it lasts a long time and it is worth it.

Good taste of fennel, chamomile and peppermint, nice smooth blend , but also to much of very small particles tou have left in your tea cup , even I did used a tea infuser with small holes , which couldn't hold the small blend particles in it !! Otherwise all nature and taste good by itself without any added sugar or honey 🍯

I bought this for my mom who was suffering with diverticulitis. This did smooth her stomach and let she use the bathroom daily. If use consistently it will definitely do the job. It taste okay she said.

This tea is wonderful to help calm the affects however, I strongly advise seeking out a physician to receive medication for infection related to a flare up which can become critical if not properly treated.
