This is an updated review that is replacing my original one.While I had some issues with the product, feeling it wasn't quite up to par on capacity to the much more expensive name brands, to my surprise, I was contacted my the company who wanted to address my concerns and make things right.This seems like exceptional customer service because they didn't have to do anything, and even if my review was less than stellar, with over 18k other reviews for thai product, mine one review is insignificant.Still, they reached out, so i just wanted to say this kind of service is much appreciated, and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to try other products from this seller again.

I always have a pack of these on hand…they go in so many things. But the most important thing is your key fob and or garage door opener! A friend of mine called a lock smith because her car wouldn’t start because it said the key wasn’t working…lo and behold..it was the battery …THiS BATTERY a CR 2032..! The guy charged her $80 for the trip and a new battery for her key fob. Sad how these things keep happening…I just popped open my key fob, took out the dead battery.. replaced it with the new one and voilà…works like a charm!Things they really don’t want you to know I guess! BUT NOW YOU DO!

The 15 pack of Powerowl Lithium Manganese batteries (Manufacturing/Production Date 2024-09 BG) I received don't seem to be as charged as much as a well-known industry brand that I compared them to. On my coin battery tester these batteries only show halfway up the charge scale, and drop to the discharged scale in a few seconds (I don't see how they can have a higher charge density or capacity). This having been said, I give four stars because their price is well below that of the well-known brand, and if they last half as long as that brand, they are still a bargain.
