Loved the finish of the seat ..no slip sliding!

I returned this item for refund before fitting as it didn't meet my expectations.That said delivery, packing and instructions were good.The design is very clever allowing the seat to be removed from the wall plate for cleaning when required and the style and finish is good.The thing I disliked was that holding the assembled seat and wall plate against the wall with the seat open, the seat did not lie horizontal but tilted up at about 10 degrees and I thought this would be uncomfortable.This did not seem to be a fault with the seat and probably when sat on it would flex more towards horizontal but I didn't like it and so returned it before fitting to be fair to the supplier.The other area of concern for me was the wall plate is also made of plastic which is good for not rusting in a shower but may well be a concern for long term strength taking the weight of an adult daily.After returning this item I purchased a different design that does sit horizontal when open and has a metal wall hanger.
