Here are some things I have noticed and what you should be aware of:Application: This product is relatively easy to use. Take strips off plastic and stick onto teeth. Adhesive is strong, just make sure your teeth are dry before application.Duration: It is recommended at least 45 minutes to an hour. I went for an hour on most days, only going 40 minutes if my teeth start to become sensitive.Comfortability: The strips itself doesn’t cause much discomfort. It feels like I have a rubbery-silicone-like retainer in.Taste/Smell: Strips has a bland taste and almost no smell (a hint of mint). Not too much to note on this.Disclaimers: Watch out not to place the strips too close to the gum as it may cause gum recession and sharp teeth pain/sensitivity. (For me when I placed it too close to my gum, it started turning white and gave me mild but sharp pain/sensitivity.
